  • CSM Electronics is great. I have a large Sony tailgate 350 watt speaker that several places, to include Best Buy, would NOT fix. This shop was recommended from the electronics repair shop on base. At first I was told NO because Sony doesn't sell parts to unauthorized repair shops. I insisted they at least run diagnostics to see why it wasn't working. They did. It was the main board and they were able to repair it at half the cost of a new speaker. It took less than a week. I'm am very pleased with CSM and will continue to do business with them in the future. The staff was very friendly as well and communicated with me regularly until pick-up. My thanks to this business and staff.

  • This company is awesome. Very professional - excellent customer service. Work with us on a Insurance claim. They kept us up to date on the progress and explain what the process would be to get the TV fixed or replaced. I would recommend them to anyone.   • I brought in a tv that had a green screen. They were honest about the repair and said the re-installed the original piece and it worked. They didn't charge me anything except the diagnostic fee and said if it broke again within 60 to bring back for free repair
